If anyone is considering an nontraditional pedal boat for fun, pleasure, nature-enjoying, or even transportation if that somehow is a need for you, I highly recommend checking out Nauticraft as an option. Al-Shallal Theme Park in Saudi Arabia contacted Nauticraft in the fall for sales information on the Encore Electric boats. The park is located in Jeddah, a coastal city on the Red Sea. The amusement park has "the biggest roller coaster you can find in Jiddah city,it also has an ice rink, many virtual reality games and a magic show by Ahmed Al Bayad, who was featured on Future TV (Lebanese satellite channel)kind of like a Saudi version of David Copperfield." Their plan is to use these as rentals in a man made lagoon which meanders through the park. The 10 Encore E's (all electric boats) were shipped to them in two 40' containers mid December 2008, for arrival in mid January.
Nauticraft welcomes Al-Shallal Amusement Park and Fakieh Poultry Farms to the Nauticraft family!
