DURABLE ENCORE

Hello Nauticraft:

Thank you for the excellent response on my recent parts order.

After 3 1/2 years of enjoying our Encore, I recently ordered the first replacement parts. The propeller shaft bearings lasted 3 1/2 years and probably more than 2500 miles before they looked like they need replacement. Besides cleaning, this has been the only significant maintenance work required. I think that is amazing.

Almost every day we are home, my wife and I go out in the Encore for about an hour. It's surprising how the time goes by, and the miles add up. It is a great way to get our exercise and a boat ride while we eat our lunch. We are retired and live on a lake in central Florida. I set up a couple electric fans to blow air on us to keep us cooler on the hot days. The lake we are on is 5 miles across so we get a few waves on the windy days but the Encore handles them nicely, on all but the windiest days.

Again, thank you for your response on the spare parts order, and also I want to thank Nauticraft for building a wonderful and durable product.
