Is the Tribute rotomolded like your other boats?

What kind of sail rig does the Tribute use, and is it easily 
handled?
A 
A two sail setup(sloop)- main & jib.  The main sail is 75 sq. 
feet and the jib is 25 sq. feet with a Harken roller furling.  
Every attempt has been made to make this a user friendly 
boat- it is not a beginners boat however.
